The installation site must be free of any, above or below-ground, obstructions or any other items that would impede the installation, or take down, of a tent and/or tents. The Renter is responsible to provide any and all permits required for the installation of a tent or tents on the Renter’s property and/or location of installation.
Weather can be a huge factor for tent installations and Big Top Tents will make every effort to install your tent or tents prior to inclement weather. As we cannot predict, with 100% certainty, if and where inclement weather will occur we reserve the right to adjust the installation date/time and/or removal date/time.
The Renter understands that tent tops, even under tension, could hold pools of water. The Renter is responsible to remove this buildup of water, as over time the water could weigh down the tent enough to cause damage. Failure to comply could result in damage to the tent and, in that case, the cost of repair or replacement would be charged to The Renter’s credit card on file.
Tents are temporary structures and as such should NOT be used as a shelter during periods of severe weather.
The Renter shall hold harmless Big Top Tents and/or any affiliates for any injuries or damages caused to persons, property, materials or other things or articles whatsoever, including (but not limited to): fire from any cause, smoke, rain, hail, sleet, snow storm, high winds, tornadoes, floods, or other disturbances of nature or by tents or other equipment failing by aforementioned reasons, while said persons things or articles are in, under, or about any rental equipment.
We reserve the right, and with your signature you are in agreement, to authorize Big Top Tents to apply any warranted (as per this agreement) additional charges to the credit card on file.
